Terms of Service.

The agreement between you and Inner Circle — written to be understood the first time.

The agreement

Inner Circle is operated by Inner Circle Global Pty Ltd, an Australian company. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms, together with the Community Guidelines — they are the “community rules” you agree to at signup. You must be 18 or older. One account, one real person, and your login isn't for sharing.

Billing

Membership is paid on the web through Stripe — what you see at checkout is what you pay, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Manage your billing, invoices, and cancellation from Settings. When you cancel, your membership runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.

Something wrong with a payment? Email info@teaminnercircle.com — billing issues jump the queue and refund requests are handled case by case. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a subscription is ever offered through the App Store or Google Play, it is billed and cancelled through your store account, on the store's terms. Paid event tickets work the same way as membership payments — through Stripe, same posture on refunds.

Conduct

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms, and we hold the room to them. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour — we can remove content, suspend, or ban an account that crosses the line, and we act on reports quickly.

Your content

Everything you post is yours. So the platform can function, you grant us a licence to host and display your content within the platform — it lasts while the content is on the platform, and it never makes your content ours.

The platform

The software, design, and the Inner Circle brand belong to us — membership gives you access, not ownership. The platform is a community and a set of tools, not financial or professional advice; other members' claims are their own, and deals you strike with other members are between you and them. We provide the platform as-is: to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service — and nothing here excludes any right you have under Australian law that can't be excluded.

Leaving, changes, and the law

You can leave any time — delete your account in Settings. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. We'll update these terms as the platform grows (the date at the top tells you when), and continuing to use it means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Questions: info@teaminnercircle.com.
