This page covers the Inner Circle app and innercircleau.com, operated by Inner Circle Global Pty Ltd. You can delete your account yourself in the app or on the web, or request deletion by email without the app. Both paths delete the same things, on the same timeline.
Delete it yourself (signed in)
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account — in the app, or at innercircleau.com/settings. You confirm with your current password and by typing DELETE. Your access ends immediately and you are signed out everywhere.
Request it by email (no app needed)
Email info@teaminnercircle.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We use the sending address to verify it is really you, then start the same deletion process.
What gets deleted, and when
- Immediately. Your access ends and your profile stops appearing to other members.
- 30-day window. Deletion is reversible for 30 days — sign back in and everything is restored. This protects you from a hijacked session or a change of heart.
- After 30 days. The account and its content are permanently erased: your account and profile, posts, messages, uploaded media, goals, and connections.
What we keep
A small set of records survives deletion because the law requires it or because it is not personal content: transactional records (payments, message delivery logs) kept as long as the law requires, and a minimal log of the deletion request itself (the account email and the request dates) as evidence the deletion happened.
