Delete your account.

This page covers the Inner Circle app and innercircleau.com, operated by Inner Circle Global Pty Ltd. You can delete your account yourself in the app or on the web, or request deletion by email without the app. Both paths delete the same things, on the same timeline.
Delete it yourself (signed in)
Members: go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account in the app, or at innercircleau.com/settings. Accounts without a membership (and lapsed or paused ones) use Support → Delete your account in the lobby, at innercircleau.com/lobby/support. You confirm with your password, or with a code we email you if you sign in without one, and by typing DELETE. You are signed out everywhere straight away.
If you have a membership billed by card, you choose what happens to it. Cancel it too: billing stops at once, and the membership ends for good when the account is deleted, 30 days later. If you come back within those 30 days, billing picks up again, and a new period may be charged that day. Or keep it: your account closes now and you're signed out. Your membership carries on exactly as it is and keeps billing as normal, and each time it renews we'll email you with a link to cancel, no sign in needed. If the membership ends, your account is deleted the day after. Sign back in any time and everything's as you left it. A membership billed through the App Store is cancelled in your phone's subscription settings.
Request it by email (no app needed)
Email info@teaminnercircle.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We use the sending address to verify it is really you, then start the same deletion process.
What gets deleted, and when
- Immediately. Your access ends and your profile stops appearing to other members.
- 30-day window. Deletion is reversible for 30 days — sign back in and everything is restored. This protects you from a hijacked session or a change of heart.
- After 30 days. The account and its content are permanently erased: your account and profile, posts, messages, uploaded media, goals, and connections. If you chose to keep your membership, this happens the day after the membership ends instead, and signing back in any time before then restores it.
What we keep
A small set of records survives deletion because the law requires it or because it is not personal content: transactional records (payments, message delivery logs) kept as long as the law requires, and a minimal log of the deletion request itself (the account email and the request dates) as evidence the deletion happened.
